The Natural History Museum is one of London’s most popular and beloved institutions, featuring a wide variety of permanent exhibitions in its collection. Best of all there is no charge to learn about the world’s wonders at this amazing location.

The museum is split into four areas:
• Red Zone – Learn about the forces that shape our planet such as volcanoes and earthquakes, and see how humans have evolved.
• Blue Zone – See how amazingly diverse life is on Earth, including the mammals exhibit with a blue whale and dinosaurs.
• Green Zone – See birds, insects, fossils and more.
• Orange Zone – Explore the Darwin Centre and see scientists at work, as well as the outdoor Wildlife Garden.

The museum also offers fascinating temporary exhibitions, which are paid admission, as well as special events such as a ‘Night at the Museum’-style sleepover, and after-hours “lates” events.
