Our elite car tours of London are fully tailored to your desires, so you can see the London attractions that interest you the most. Our chauffeured London car tours include a private tour guide, plus a separate driver. Save yourself the walking with door-to-door service and enjoy private, air-conditioned, luxury transportation in a large Mercedes V-Class vehicle. Relax! We’ll meet you – at your hotel, apartment, rental, or anywhere in central London. Or we can meet you at the airport or cruise terminal, taking the hassle out of transfers (additional charge applies).

This is a fully customisable tour, but if you’re unsure about what to do, we can help. Here is an example itinerary:

• Begin the day with the famous Changing the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace. Your guide will tell you all about the Royal Family, and maybe even share a secret or two.
• Continue to Parliament Square, home to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Enjoy a fully guided tour inside Westminster Abbey or the Churchill War Rooms with your private licensed Blue Badge guide.
• Time for a spot of lunch. Fancy a pub over 350 years old, a food market, a quick sandwich and coffee break or a restaurant? Travel to lunch in comfort in your private, air-conditioned vehicle
• In the afternoon, options include a guided tour of the Tower of London, home to the incredible Crown Jewels (note: no guiding inside the Jewel House). Alternatively, explore the financial district called ‘The City of London’ and tour St Paul’s Cathedral. Or you could even enjoy Greenwich together and see the Prime Meridien.
• After a fantastic day exploring the city, your driver will take you to your destination of choice within central London as your guide entertains you along the way. We can drop you off at your accommodation, Harrods for some shopping, or somewhere else.

If you are on a London layover tour from Heathrow Airport or Gatwick Airport, we’ll take you right back for your flight. Or, if you are here on a private London cruise layover tour, we can take you back to Plymouth, Southampton, Dover, Tilbury or other ports near London.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible our experience was! Our tour guide Charlotte was AMAZING! Her love for history and immense knowledge made us fall in love with London and all it has to offer! Had a wonderful private tour with Ron to the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey.  Ron was unbelievable.  The amount of history and information he has about every square foot of these locations is astounding.  He was very personable and even took pictures of us throughout the tour. What a wonderful introduction to the city of London. Everything about my experience booking with Gio was effortless. He answered all of my questions promptly and arranged a private, full-day tour that included Changing of the Guard, The Tower of London and Westminster Abbey. Our guide, Charlotte T, was not only delightful, but impressively knowledgeable about all things London. She ensured the day went off without a hitch. A great tour!  Private London Tours was able to put together a tour that worked for us.  Started with a pickup at the Sofitel Hotel in Heathrow, then a tour of Windsor Castle, lunch, transport to London, a driveby tour of sites in London and then a tour of the crown jewels and London Tower.  Charlotte was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better guide.  At the end of the day she walked us to the train station with directions on taking the train back to Heathrow and our hotel. We had an incredible day tour with Gavin.  Born and raised in London, he was a wealth of information and knew every alley of the city. He was an absolute joy and his knowledge of everything we saw was incredible.  We walked from our hotel to the Tower of London - on the way he showed us many old sights of London and pointed out some locations where Harry Potter was filmed, which wasn't part of our tour.  We then took a black cab to Westminster Abbey where he continued to be an excellent tour guide.  He chose an amazing place for us to have lunch (a traditional pub) before we headed to the Churchill War Rooms.  Again, his knowledge was detailed and well delivered. Tuvimos un día muy agradable en nuestro paseo, guiados por Joanna. Es un tour intenso, ya que fueron casi 12 horas, pero valió mucho la pena. La salida de Londres fue a las 7:30, y nos tomó casi 3 horas llegar a Bath. Las explicaciones de Joanna durante el trayecto y al estar en los lugares fueron interesantes y profundas. Se nota que sabe y que ama lo que hace. Nuestro chofer, Shoroff, también fue muy amable, y se detenía donde fuese necesario. Luego fuimos por la campiña inglesa hacia The Cotswolds, de los que visitamos Lacock (a media hora de camino desde Bath), y finalmente Castle Combe, un lugar minúsculo que parece sacado de un cuento. El regreso a Londres tomó otras 3 horas.
